The Engineering and Construction
Management line is comprised of several specialty
areas, described below. Staff within each specialty
area concentrates on providing in-
novative solutions to meet our clients needs. Our
staff members are committed to
providing these services with an eye towards continuous
improvement.
Civil/Site Engineering - We offer a wide range
of civil engineering services including
surveying, developing site plans, designing storm
water drainage, developing traffic
studies, and providing road design and wetland mitigation.
Structural Engineering - Working with public and
private sector clients, we create in-
novative and cost effective designs for wind and
seismic analysis, superstructures,
foundations, platforms/stairs, facility retrofits,
and rehabilitations.
Mechanical Engineering - We offer specialized
mechanical engineering services which
include designing and building of heating ventilating
and air conditioning (HVAC)
systems, designing utility piping and support, providing
plumbing design, designing
air compression systems, and designing and building
of fire suppression systems.
Electrical Engineering - We offer detailed electrical
engineering experience in power
design, lighting design, and instrumentation and
controls. Construction Management
We have established a reputation in the construction
management industry as a leader
in providing quality program/project management
services that include project modeling,
scope development, project oversight/inspection,
schedule development, baseline de-
velopment, project risk analysis, and project cost
estimating.
