The U.S. Department of Energy, Savannah River Operations Office has award a Site-wide Task Order contract with Legin Group, Inc. located in Germantown, Maryland to provide construction management, construction, excavating and highway maintenance services. The contract will be administered from Legin Group’s South Carolina Operations Office in Aiken, South Carolina and has a three (3) year period of performance. This contract is for construction management service that will include, but not be limited to, development of initial scope documents, design specification development, procurement of construction services, develop of cost, scope, and schedule baselines, project execution, development of acceptance criteria, and reporting.
